Had a great business lunch here today and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our server was super attentive and took great care of us.Chef Mike came out to make sure we were happy with everything and were taken care of.The blackened tuna salad was fantastic and I'd definitely order it again! A great new find.

Our experience here was great! Our bartender was the bomb and super attentive! Our drinks never went empty without the offer to refill. The menu is different and there are a lot of great options. Our food came out hot and just what we expected and more! Definitely give this restaurant a try it was so worth it!

Food is always good, service is passable. I like the ambiance; several different sections of the restaurant can provide either a bar atmosphere, a quieter seating area, or a larger area with TVs. Good place to come for a decent meal on a whim.

Nice Place. I wish it stayed open a little later. But overall nice place.

Food good as usual, friendly staff. Profanity laced music ran us out of there as fast as we could get our meal down. Sunday 11pm

Pretty good food, a little pricey, will be back. The vegatable medley was good, had plenty of garlic on it which I love.The chicken was good & seasoned nicely, but the cutlet itself was a little stringy. The salad was good, refreshing. Croutons were cooked & seasoned nicely.

The food is great - but I stopped visiting because the floors were slippery. I am diabetic and I cannot do slippery floors. They have the best onion soup! You must clean your floors with bleach! This residue comes from the kitchen. I will give u another try - Chef Mike. CLEAN YOUR FLOORS!

Very well kept and accessible restaurant. They serve large portions and for inexpensive rates. We enjoyed the meals very much and the staff were very affable and chatty. I recommend this place.

Ton of delicious sounding menu items. I went with a special and was very pleased. Price was great! Would definitely go back again.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we went to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a beautiful time there with high-qulity food and a courteous team and a talented chief cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall definitely come back very soon. Highly recommended.

I basically go there every Thursday for their $6 wings. They have really good food. And usually great service. They have good deals and a great staff.

Service was awesome! I did not catch the server's name but his # on the check was 106. He was polite and on the ball. We wanted to get the chicken wings but not sure if one was too spicy and he brought a small sample for our party to try! It was, so they ordered the not as spicy option. (though one of the party did do a little dipping in the sample !) food was good. Our only disappointment was they were working on a brunch menu and one of us wanted a cheese steak. But we were all happy with our meal. Would definitely return. Good service is important! I would rate this guy a 10 star! We came on 1/5 for lunch..

This is no doubt one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come to this place I am greatly happy. They maintain their high level service and the highest level of cooking they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

First time going there. So my overall experience was ok, not bad but not great. We went for the Monday special which is $6 burgers and fries. Burger was alright , good size and thick . However I got the jalapeno burger and it's just a jalapeno poppers on top and cheese. Thought there would be more jalapeno. It comes with lettuce onion pickle and tomato on the side. Well you get two thin onions, two small pickles and one little tiny tiny piece of lettuce and a slice tomato . The other thing is they kinda cram your fries into a metal cup and they mush and get soggy about half way down. Other than that service was alright not outstanding but ok. For a 6 dollar burger I would say not to bad. Definitely don't order well done. It's definitely done would recommend ordering medium well or medium.

You must be prepared to get your own drinks. Good bar until after 10 pm. Then it gets rough. More bouncers then servers.

Would definitely recommend visiting this place. Fantastic vibes, tasty dishes, great service. Highly recommended.

Stopped in for dinner last night. First their chocolate martini was just fine😁. Thumbs up to the bar, very well done. Appetizer Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, I didn’t have any but the table loved them.. I had the French onion soup really good and hot! Love that they serve hot soup, thought that was a thing of the past, lucky if you get soup Luke warm...just saying. Daughter had crab bisque but became a battle for the soup with my granddaughter who is a very very picky eater🤣. Real good. Had the prime rib sandwich without cheese, yes I know weird. With onion rings. Had two bites of sand which, I was full, but can’t wait for lunch excellent. But the star was the onion rings, I prefer them over fries, but these I could live on. Server awesome, prompt personable professional. Thank you for making this a fun experience for all of us. All of us enjoyed our food, including miss picky

Great food and drinks but even better service. Went with 3 other families, 11 total with younger kids, for a fundraiser for a youth sports team and initially was told it would be difficult to get us together or it would be a really long wait. I’m pretty sure the manager called in another server to open up another section on a Tuesday night. Not only did we all get to sit together but our service was outstanding. I’ve been living in Middletown for 4 years now, we go out to eat at least weekly, and they definitely made a repeat customer out of me!

We have been there four times and are never disappointed. Service is always very good. We had a special appetizer, Jovie fries. Fries,with cheese and pastrami on top. Amazingly good. Best burgers around. Will certainly be going back.

Love this place, even the chef came out and greeted us. I thought that was special and the food was awesome

Pretty cool dip off place. Really good music on a Friday night. Just don't care for the ride home afterwards.

Been here more than a few times to enjoy the good food and the pretty good atmosphere. Went today (Feb 14) to a very uncomfortable situation... we were seated in the very back of the restaurant. While normally wouldn’t be a problem, when we realized that the section seemed very segregated from the rest of the restaurant and populated ONLY by other black people it was off putting. Being an almost Friday/Saturday regulars here we asked to speak to a manager (preferably Stacy) we were directed to the head chef. When we addressed the optics and discomfort of the situation we were just met with a seemingly dismissive “I never even noticed, it was just based On the rotation,” we left. I wish I grabbed a photo but the memory will remain. Needless to say... we won’t return.

This was our first time here and it was amazing. The food was delicious (the mac and cheese is to die for!) and our server Brendan took good care of us. We will definitely be back!

Tom Foolery is a great restaurant that offers great American style food (burgers, sandwiches, steak) at decent prices and fantastic flavor.The Brisket Sandwich is easily my favorite dish, offering a juicy bit of brisket, lovingly laced with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce followed on top with onion rings and a side of fries. Wait staff has been great every time we've been here.If I had a complaint, it would be the location. It isn't easy to see from the road, isn't in a scenic area (offers outdoor seating in warner months), and getting out of the small shopping area it is in, given it exits to 896, can be a challenge on busier traffic times and days. Thing is, the food is more than worth the frustration of how to get out of the parking lot.Highly recommended

Great food! So convenient that they are delivering right now! Even though I was a TINY bit outside of the guidelines! The only thing I suggest improvement on is consistency. The very first time, the crab cake was the BEST I have ever had in my life! But the 2nd time the crab cake had way too much filler and I didn’t particularly care for the seasoning. I’m guessing different chef. But everything else was great!!

Had a lunch there yesterday, 7/28/19. We were seated quickly, waiter (Nate) came over quickly for drink order. Food was ordered and out within normal limits. My daughter ordered a crab stuffed burger cooked medium and the burger came out real rare, asked if it could be put back on the grill for a minute. Nate said no problem. Few minutes later he stated that they were redoing the whole thing, which is what should have been done since she did take a bite out of it. Second time it arrived it was cooked to perfection. Nothing more needed on my end as it happens. When we got the bill we had a gift card that them manager wanted us to have for the inconvenience. I thought that was really nice customer service and it didnt really need to be done as we were satisfied prior to that. My daughter lives in the area who will be going back since she really did enjoy the food. Thanks guys!!

December 3 we had a Jazzercise party at tomfoolery with about 20 people. Our server was Thomas who was excellent. The service was excellent and so was the venue. We had a nice room by ourselves which we were able to decorate. Thomas was efficient, friendly, and got all our orders straight no matter how complicated they were. Everyone enjoyed the food too. We will definitely come back. Thank you Gina Moore

Great Food! For a sports bar this place is great. PLenty of TV's to see what is going on and also a nice dining area where you can see all the action but can still have a conversation at the table. Chef Mike will stop by and check on your meal which is a nice touch And his food is out of this world. If you are in the areaa stop in you won't be disappointed.

This is a good restaurant/bar cheesesteak. It's $12.50 but it did come with french fries. It comes with provolone cheese. I am still learning provolone cheese. I thought provolone cheese needed a sauce or something to loosen it up. Apparently I was wrong. The provolone on this cheesesteak worked well. It appears they melted it on top of the meat and then flipped into the roll. It melted good enough for provolone. Standard roll, the meat was good, lettuce and tomato were nice. I think the fried onions and mushrooms were the weak links. This Cheesesteak traveled very well.

Great food and a friendly staff. The chef was very sweet and I saw him going from table to table and chatting with guests about their meal. Will definitely be back!!

Great food, great cocktails and service was fantastic as well. I have been here 4 times over the last 5 years and have always had a good experience. I'll be back.

Excellent tavern style Pub. Nice seating and cool, clean atmospherics. The food was also excellent as was our waitress. We will return when in the the area.

I was really disappointed with our meal especially after seeing all the great reviews, mind you it was the day before Thanksgiving but still that shouldn’t effect the quality of the food. We ordered the crab dip and crab bisque which neither contained barely any crab (honestly I dredged the soup with a fork to find maybe 4 pieces). I also ordered the salmon it was overcooked and under seasoned, it didn’t help that my mojito was lack luster. The only shining lights in our meal was our onion rings and the pumpkin cheesecake.

Went to sit at the bar and bartender took everyone order around me and didn’t even ask if I was ready to order. Felt very disrespected and not welcomed. Don’t support and or spend your money where your not welcomed.

Food was delicious, the chef came out and checked up on us. Have to try the meatloaf and crab cakes. Amazing! A come back to place!

What a wonderful place. Food was fantastic. One of the Chefs came over to our table to see how we liked our food. He was friendly, informative. Our waitress had a winning personality, knowledgeable of all the food on the menu. Food was five star

Our waiter Aubrey was phenomenal. He was very personable and had us laughing even though our group was a couple of crazies! Thanks Aubrey and Tom Foolery’s for a good time and great food!
